Today was one of those days, I made a list in my head and got distracted by other things.I'm a bit peeved because my highly anticipated arrival of my reprinted books isn't going to happen until Wednesday, which is very annoying. Nothing I can do but sit tight.I've just realized that I've a number of events coming up and I'm yet to update my website. So my list for tomorrow is1. Car quote, (I had an argument with a wall and lost)2. Update website with events and other stuff.3. At some point I need to go to the Apple store, but not sure if that will happen tomorrow.4. Receipts and admin (which I've been putting off for several months).5. Construct a couple of sentences of the new book.We'll see how much I get done.

A bit dramatic, but what most people strive for. Not the dying, the getting rich bit. It's 2am and I'm down in the doldrums, mainly because I'm buckling under the sheer weight of friends' expectations. Now that I've got The Agent, everyone is expecting the big pay day, they're rubbing their hands together and thinking JK Rowling and Dan Brown. What they don't seem to realise is that there are millions of writers out there and I'm just one of the many. DJ,Well the headline is completely untrue. I did absolutely nothing today apart from do a little lingerie shopping, chase a few emails and send another freebie out. This time to another literary agent, it's another case of wait and see. I don't know why, but now that I have no money to speak of, I keep wanting to buy things I don't need or really want.
