So it’s done. I’ve bought the plane ticket and I’m now committed to going Nigeria to raise the finance for Imagine This the movie. I’m petrified, but as they say, nothing ventured nothing gained. I could think of all the things that could go wrong, but instead I’m going to focus on the positives. Everything is a learning experience and even if I don’t manage to raise all the money, I would have made a start, it has now ceased being an abstract idea.
Next step is to start thinking about cast, crew, music and everything else that goes into making a film. I’m super excited but also have this knot in my stomach. Once some money has been secured, website and social media campaign will follow, so for now, watch this space for updates.
